My property is in a bad state of repair, can I still sell it?

As we will be directly acquiring the property from you there will be no for sale signs or multiple viewings or internet adverts etc. We simply buy the property from you with no hassle. The sale will only be discussed with those directly involved in the transaction.
Will I be under obligation if I request a valuation?
You will not be under any obligation to proceed after requesting a valuation. We always aim to respond to valuation requests within 24 hours. If you decide to sell another way after our valuation you are free to do so.

Can I still sell my property if it’s currently listed with a commercial agent?
If you’d like to arrange a sale with us then we ask that you cancel any current listings or sales agreements.
